Welcome to Aly Mae LMT! If you are new, please send me an email or text to get started on your journey of body wellness.“Massage isn’t just a luxury. It's promoting wellness within yourself”Aly Mae LMT is a private massage therapy practice that focuses on body awareness and the release of muscle tension. I create a relaxing and supportive environment for my clients and tailor each massage session to the individual needs. I'm passionate about helping my clients achieve their health and wellness goals through massage therapy.I decided this was my path when I realized my love of helping others heal. Something that is unique to my work is I move slowly to listen to your body to unwind the tissues so that your body will adopt new and lasting holding patterns for better structural alignment. My approach is intuitive with mind, body and spirit of integration.After graduating massage school, I continued my education in clinical modalities such as Myofascial Release, Structural Integration, Intraoral (TMJ, Sinus, inner mouth work) and I also love weaving in Table Thai Yoga, Lymphatic Drainage, Trigger Point, and Deep Tissue. I’m also familiar with *Trauma Informed which means I understand how trauma shows up in the body and I can hold safe space should you have an emotional release.If you are ready to experience wellness within yourself, book a session with me!
