ENB Sports Therapy offers high-quality massage and soft-tissue treatments to reduce pain, improve mobility, and boost health. Swedish massage relaxes, relieves tension, and promotes recovery. I help clients move, feel, and perform better with safe, effective, and personalised care. To provide the best service to all clients while managing my schedule, I have implemented the following policy for appointment attendance and cancellations. Thanks for being patient. The cancellation/no-show policy: Cancelling or rescheduling appointments at least one hour in advance allows me to offer the slot to another client. Missing or cancelling an appointment within an hour will cost you £20. Late arrivals: I start appointments on time. Please notify me immediately of lateness. Clients arriving over an hour late will be fined £10. Late arrival may force me to reschedule if I can't finish your service. Rebook or cancel.
