ENSA Advice is a student advice service provided to all Edinburgh Napier students. Our advice is free, independent, impartial and confidential. The service is available throughout the year from Monday to Friday from Merchiston, Craiglockhart and Sighthill campuses. Our team of professional advisers can provide one-to-one advice to students, in person (public health restriction permitting), over the phone, via MS Teams or via email.We can help you with the following enquiries: Academic AppealExtenuating Circumstances (Extension and Deferral)Academic and Non-Academic MisconductFitness to PractiseComplaintsOther issues with your course Money Advice (Student Funding, Benefits and Budgeting)HousingOther welfare enquiriesIf you are not sure if we can help you, drop us an email and we'll advise you accordingly. If we can't help you, we'll signpost you to the right service within, or outwith, the University.We provide advice on academic enquiries to students based on our overseas campuses (Global Online and Transnational Education Learners).Please note the following:You are responsible to act on your behalf, fill out forms, write statements and provide evidence. Our advisers will use their professional judgement to decide, exceptionally, when it is appropriate to advocate on your behalf or write a support letter. You are responsible to pay for your tuition fees and shall source the funds yourself. ENSA Advice cannot intervene to waive fees.
