Hi I’m Lisa,My path to becoming a massage therapist and wellness practitioner began during one of life's most challenging moments. Last year, I experienced the sudden loss of a beloved family member, which completely changed my perspective on what truly matters in life. Through my grief, I discovered the profound healing power of therapeutic touch and holistic wellness.This personal journey led me to pursue a completely new career direction - one where I could not only aid my own recovery but also create a sanctuary for others who need a place to rest, recharge, and nurture their mental health alongside their physical wellbeing.I began with Indian Head Massage training, drawn to its incredible health benefits and the deep sense of relaxation it provides. This ancient practice opened my eyes to how therapeutic touch can address both physical tension and emotional stress. I then expanded my skills to include facial treatments that incorporate massage techniques for the neck, upper back, and face, allowing me to offer a more comprehensive approach to wellness.My own healing journey has taught me that we all need safe spaces to pause, breathe, and reconnect with ourselves. Through my practice, I aim to provide exactly that - a peaceful environment where you can take time for your own wellbeing without judgment or pressure.Every treatment I offer comes from a place of understanding what it means to need healing, both physically and emotionally. I'm honored to support others on their own wellness journeys, whether you're dealing with chronic pain, stress, or simply need a moment to care for yourself.To everyone working on their own healing journey - you are not alone, and taking time for self-care is not selfish, it's necessary.
