UNICEF ICO has launched this online booking system to enable staff and visitors to register their presence in UNICEF Offices on a daily basis. After thorough discussions and review with a small group of colleagues including Staff Association, our offices will be available for those who really need to or want to use it on a limited basis. Through this online system you would be able to see availability of slots per day per office. If slots are available within your office, you would be able to reserve a slot for you on that particular day. Please note that reservation of slots can only be made within the current week period. You would not be able to reserve slots for more than 1 week in advance. Reservations are applicable to UNICEF staff members, UNVs, consultants, interns, PFP Facers and other visitors.Please be reminded that upon confirmation of reservation you will still need to complete the self-assessment available in SharePoint before coming to the office
