A crisis with moments of joy, gratitude and love. But mostly fear, loss, concern, conflicts, challenges and surviving. That’s why i started wondering. My wondering turned into action, my action to experience, my experience into insights, into new actions, into the same loop. Looking back, I’ve learned more about myself, life and love than i could have hoped for. It’s been more than a decade, and now my heart is filled up with so much to pass on.I worked as a cognitive coach, mentor and teacher at the largest coaching school in Copenhagen from 2017 to 2021. So many sessions, conversations, transformational processes and so much space to hold for so many people. It was amazing. But also so many meetings, emails, sales calls, projects, +70 hour weeks and all that admin shit that i hateThe coach got stress. And that made me reconsider my career as coach. During the last 6 months i have opened up for a handful of new clients to reclaim an rediscover my purpose as coach. Now i feel it in every cell of my body. Every heartbeat of my soul. Coaching intuitively, going deep and working as your equal is amazing. No session is the same.I prepare, but I don’t assume. I challenge, but never without love.
