Laura has been a Massage Therapist for 20 years. She trained as a Dancer at London Contemporary Dance School (BA (hons)) and went on to work as a professional dancer alongside working as a bodywork therapist. She now is a Movement Director, Bodyworker and Performer; having gained years of experience in each of these sector, she focuses on the mind and body connection as it's integral to healing and creative flow.Therapies Laura offers are:Vocal Manual Therapy - Massage for professional voice users - Good for TMJ, Bruxism, Laryngeal manipulation, loosening of the face, neck, head and shoulder area to improve vocal quality. Trained by The Voice Care Centre, London in 2025-2026.Sports Massage Therapy - For rehabilitation, injury prevention and improving flexibility and overall physical and mental wellbeing.Myofascial Release Therapy - Focusing on the fascial make up throughout the body to help release emotional and physical dysfunction.Deep Tissue Massage Therapy - Deep, slow massage to promote relaxation and aids the nervous system to calm.Pregnancy Massage Therapy - Gentle, soothing massage for mother and baby in the womb.Swedish Massage Therapy - Relaxing and holistically centred.Reiki Practitioner, Level 2 - Promotes grounding to the earth and encouraging life force energy to flow.Movement Direction in film and theatre - bodywork and movement specialist; helping actors and directors work together to find the physical language of a story.
