Whether you're navigating life transitions, emotional challenges, or simply seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, I am here to support you.Walter Thomas has a BTh (Hons), is a registered Wellness Counsellor with the ASCHP and is currently completing his BA (Hons) Psychology. Mindshift Counselling Services is rooted in compassion, wisdom, and a deep commitment to mental wellness. With over 15 years of pastoral and counselling experience, Walter brings a unique blend of spiritual insight and psychological care to his counselling practice.
