If your goal is to ride on bike paths we can switch to the many bike paths around Sydney Olympic Park once you demonstrate the necessary skills.What to bring1. Helmet. -We can supply helmets, but it's better to bring your own.2. Water Bottle.3. Closed Shoes. -Please avoid open shoes such as sandals.4. Short, or long sleeve shirt. -No singlets.Long HairLong hair should be tied in a low ponytail. High ponytails, buns, etc will interfere with helmet.BikesWe supply the bikes.We specifically use bikes that are easy to teach with, but are happy to use your bikes once you get up and going.
