Oak Therapy is a multidisciplinary clinic providing online care for your mental and physical well-being. Our services include: Psychological Assessments: Assessments to better understand emotional, behavioral, learning, and cognitive concerns and guide recommendations.Mental Health Counselling: Individual, couples, and family counselling for anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, relationships, and emotional challenges. Registered Dietitian Services: Personalized nutrition advice and support for eating habits, meal planning, and health conditions. Speech Therapy: Support for speech, language, communication, voice, and stuttering. Occupational Therapy: Help with daily routines, organization, fatigue, and participation in work, school, and everyday activities.
