The Private Therapy Practice offers individual therapy sessions for adults in Rayleigh, Essex and online across the UK. Based in Rayleigh on Mondays and Tuesdays, and in Southend-on-Sea throughout the week, Hannah Campbell is a qualified accredited NCPS psychotherapist specialising in trauma and childhood emotional neglect (CEN) - working with adults who feel stuck in patterns they can't quite shift, who struggle to switch off, or who've always had a quiet sense that something from their past is still showing up in their present. Whether you're experiencing anxiety, low self-worth, relationship difficulties, or beginning to explore the impact of your childhood on your life today, therapy offers a space to understand yourself more clearly - and to start doing things differently. Sessions are 50 minutes and available in person in Rayleigh and Southend, or online.
