Body Stress Release (BSR) offers an effective way to help your body to release stored tension or 'body stress' from the muscles. Our bodies are designed to adapt to stress in a positive way, but sometimes we find ourselves overloaded with stress. In an effort to cope with this overload, the body stores the stress in the muscles. This is what we call 'body stress'. The muscles then tighten, leading to pain & discomfort which often does not go away until the stored up stress is released.团队组成
