Alongside my main job Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy, I also offer a range of energy healing and holistic therapies, including Reiki healing and teaching, Indian Head Massage, facial massage, sound baths, oracle card readings, spiritual events and retreats.I bring over 10 years of professional experience and 43 years of lived experience on this planet to my work, creating a compassionate, safe, and grounded space for you. Each session is intuitively guided and tailored to what you need in that moment, supporting your relaxation, healing & personal growth. I’m proud to have built a trusted practice, with 87 five-star Google reviews and 110 five-star Treatwell reviews from clients who have experienced my work. In January 2026, I moved over to this new booking platform for ease & simplicity.
