Antigen Covid 19 TestGet tested for Covid 19, we use the Coronavirus Ag Rapid test which gives a 100% accurate result when testing negative and 98% accuracy when testing positive. Results are immediate and we provide you with your travel documents when testing negative. Please bring your passport for verification of your passport number. Please kindly wear a face mask and arrive to Seven Stars Testing Centre no more than 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment. For guests staying at the Resort the cost of the test will be billed to your Health Insurance Provider and for guests not staying at Seven Stars Resort & Spa, payment is accepted by Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Cash and to keep the test fees low, partial cost of the test will be billed to your Health Insurance Provider.Assignment Benefit I hereby authorize and agree to let Seven Stars Resort & Spa and its affiliates submit my COVID-19 Test procedure to my Health Insurance Company on my behalf. I hereby assign Seven Stars Resort & Spa as my assigned beneficiary to receive payment(s) from my health insurance company for this test procedure, so that Varsity Health may pay the healthcare provider for my COVID—19 test. I hereby hold harmless and indemnify Seven Stars Resort & Spa from all liabilities, damages, losses and cost (including any attorney fees) associated with the claims filing associated with my COVID -19 test. This assignment may be rescinded by providing a written letter to Seven Stars Resort & Spa by certified mail within 14 days following the signing date of this document.Kindly check requirements for the type of test needed for entry to your destination as we provide Antigen Testing only.
