Sourdough It Yourself is a hands-on beginner-friendly sourdough class designed to make the art of sourdough simple, fun, and approachable. Whether you’ve never baked a loaf before or you’ve struggled with sourdough in the past, this class will guide you step-by-step through the process in a relaxed and welcoming environment.During class, you’ll learn how to mix, shape, and care for your dough, understand the basics of sourdough fermentation, and gain the confidence to bake beautiful homemade bread from your own kitchen. Each participant leaves with their dough ready for baking, an active sourdough starter, take-home instructions, and the knowledge needed to continue their sourdough journey at home.Classes are kept small to allow for personalized instruction, plenty of questions, and a fun experience for everyone.
