About Jessika MunnellI have been teaching yoga for over 24 years and my husband and I have owned 4 large successful yoga studios in Cape Town, South Africa and Boulder, Colorado. As the years have passed and I have matured and slowed down I now prefer and choose to teach a slower more mindful style of yoga. The focus in my classes is on practical, functional postures and mind and breath awareness. This is the style of yoga I’ll be bringing to you in my online Zoom classes.
