Sue Ellen is the first Puerto Rican to have ever received authorization to teach from Sharath Jois Yoga Centre. She was awarded level 2 in traditional Ashtanga yoga and has been going on yearly pilgrimages to India for yoga training starting from 2013 until 2018. She also received certification by Yoga Alliance as an E-RYT 200 and YACEP in 2013 and ever since, she has dedicated herself to develop the yoga community in Egypt, Puerto Rico and Hawaii.A nature and beach lover, she moved to Hawaii in 2020 where she currently resides. Her teaching style is friendly with focus on alignment and breath. As a mother and wife, she uses the practice as one of many tools to keep herself and her family grounded. In her free time she enjoys gardening and taking dips in the ocean.团队组成
