Our Gestational Carrier MFM Screening service offers medical screening for surrogacy candidates. With a review of medical records, we ensure the suitability of potential gestational carriers. Convenient and secure telehealth component is included. At the conclusion of the appointment, clients will receive a detailed report detailing the examination findings and relevant recommendations. 

This service can be used to connect with an MFM for quick clinical questions about medical situations. This can only be used by staff or providers of partner organizations and is not a patient-facing appointment.

This service is to be scheduled in connection with a gestational carrier's prior appointment with Mitera to discuss the details of the appointment with the intended parents. 

OYO Operations for Bali Hub

A dynamic sequence of yoga poses flowing from one to the next. The practise will develop strenth, balance, stamina and flexiblilty of the body . Through the guided connection of the  breath with each movement will also have the effect of  focusing and calming the mind. The class ends with a guided relaxation . Will be taught in English or French depending on the individual demand in each class as will the pace and level be adapted to the mix of students .

This is a combination class which begins with 20/30 minutes of breath focused slow gentle concious movement (gentle hatha yoga). This is then followed by Yin and Restorative poses .- a very quiet meditative practice of yileding,surrender and release. The yin poses are held anywhere from two to seven minutes and work with the energy meridians in your body to help increase flexibility, improve joint mobility and a gradual quietening of the min. The restorative posestowards the end of the class us a lot of suppports (cushions and blankets, sandbags and eye pillow) and are held for 10-15 minutes each. The idea of this class is to move progressively more slowly into deeper and longer holds of poses into a state of allowing and yielding withdrawing the senses inward to a place a deep rest and peace in body, mind and spirit.
