A 60 minute in clinic or tele-helath fact finding session designed to capture a detailed nutritional and health assessment (i.e risk screening, current dietary details, exercise habits, general health and lifestyle, anthropometric measurements and key issues and client goals) as part of designing your nutritional strategy. If you have medical conditions, are pregnant or under 16 years of age, please contact the clinic, so we can assess if you need to see a Dietitian instead.
