Diluição num frasco conta-gotasColocar 2 gotas de cada floral de Bach indicado pelo terapeuta no interior de um conta gotas de 30 mL e, em seguida, preencher o restante espaço com água filtrada. Depois, deve-se beber 4 gotas da mistura, pelo menos, 4 vezes ao dia. O frasco conta-gotas pode ser guardado na geladeira até 3 semanas.Este método é mais usado por quem precisa fazer um tratamento mais longo, pois ajuda a diminuir o desperdício da essência floral.3. Colocar diretamente na línguaEsta é o método que pode ser mais difícil para quem está começando a usar os florais, pois os florais não são diluídos, possuindo um sabor muito intenso. Neste método, as gotas do floral devem ser pingadas diretamente na língua, ou seja, 2 gotas, sempre que necessário.
