BEXercise offers a variety of different strategies to help you get the body you want. Everyone requires a different approach in regards to the style of exercise, from the intensity to the delivery. It is my responsibility to help you achieve the body you want & enjoy the process by exploring what strategy best suits you. Weights aren't your thing? No problem, we can get you into shape with resistance bands & plyometrics. Body Stress Release (BSR) offers an effective way to help your body to release stored tension or 'body stress' from the muscles. Our bodies are designed to adapt to stress in a positive way, but sometimes we find ourselves overloaded with stress. In an effort to cope with this overload, the body stores the stress in the muscles. This is what we call 'body stress'. The muscles then tighten, leading to pain & discomfort which often does not go away until the stored up stress is released.

Each time slot can only accompany one apartment. No more that 2 residents will be able to occupy the facility at one time.Please, DO NOT rearrange the gym equipment, or remove any closed signs. It has been properly spaced out according to the administered safety guidelines. Please be aware that approval of this request does not guarantee specific equipment in the fitness center. Office staff has the authority to determine if guests are adhering to rules and regulations. Anyone not following rules will lose fitness center privileges.All persons involved must adhere to the rules and regulations, and will be responsible for leaving the fitness center in the same condition as it was upon arrival. Adults are responsible for monitoring the proper conduct of minors during your scheduled gym time.It is strongly recommended to continue to practice social distancing.
