Book in for your tuneup!A powerful, noninvasive and yet gentle vibration therapy that can directly retune and rebalance your entire energy field and nervous system at a cellular level!Have you ever noticed how your mood and energy shifts when you see someone you care about vs someone who leaves you feeling triggered or drained? Or maybe you’ve noticed how listening to a favourite song can uplift you from a temporary depressive state or equally pull you into one.Without delving deep into Quantum Physics, an oversimplified reason for this is:EVERYTHING in the universe is energy, everything has its own natural or ‘default’  vibration and all things can and do influence each other (For example, think of how the Moon influences the Tides).Since the human body is made up of mostly water (in which sound / vibration travel fastest) it’s no surprise that we can become ‘out of tune’ and fall into dissonance from both internal and external influences (negative emotions or patterns, traumatic experiences, fear etc) which can then manifest as illnesses, dis-eases and unpleasant symptoms. Our Biofield Tuning uses specialised tuning forks and crystals (optional) to retune and restore each Chakra and Meridian point to its natural frequency by providing healthy energetic and vibrational references to resonate with. The benefits and rewards of regular Biofield Tuning and sound therapy in general can be life changing! And is certainly a fascinating area of scientific research.Just a few of the vast reported benefits include:Resetting of the nervous system and relaxationImprove brain functionRelief from muscle tension and joint painsRelief from water stagnation in the bodyImproved organ functionImproved sleep qualityStress management General Pain ReliefIncreased self awareness, self connection and inner calmCleanse, energise and recalibrate the Chakra and Aura fieldLike all of our therapeutic services, every appointment includes a consultation and a follow up to ensure you are well accommodated!*Please Note: Appointments must be cancelled at least 48 hours before original appointment time to request a refund as standard procedure. It is at your provider's sole discretion to issue a refund outside of the above terms. Alternatively, you are able to reschedule up to 24 hours prior to your appointment.

*Booking for one person at our base.Enjoy a soulful and immersive sound healing session. Experience a PERSONALISED guided meditation as you bathe in healing light, energy, intention and harmonic frequencies to relax and recharge mind, body and soul!A range of instruments and dynamics including 432Hz Crystal Singing Bowls and Tuning Forks are played, taking you on a journey inward in what is commonly described as a gentle sleep-wake state (Theta brainwaves). This is where natural healing, paradigm shifts and new levels of self awareness can be found.Although there are many common and well-known results of sound healing, every journey is unique. Some may experience and reconnect with old memories/ thoughts/ emotions that have been suppressed and have come up to be acknowledged and released so you can move forward…others may experience a new inner calm that allows them to finally relax enough for a good night’s sleep following the session. The journey is YOURS, it’s our job to simply guide and support you to our fullest ability.Singing bowls, chimes, drums and many other instruments have been used for THOUSANDS of years throughout the world in various natural healing practices. Modern research progressively shows the many benefits people have experienced such as pain relief, relaxation, lower blood pressure, relief from symptoms of stress, anxiety, depression and insomnia and many more!*A gentle caution: Bookings must be cancelled/ confirmed rescheduled at least 48 hours before original appointment time to request a refund as standard procedure.
