Returning clients must pay a $10 deposit. Deposits secure your appointment and will be credited towards the total cost of service. Deposits must be paid electronically (Cash App or PayPal).Your appointment will be canceled if deposit is not paid within 24 hours of booking.Payment PolicyI do accept cash for the remaining balance (please bring exact change). However, I prefer electronic payments such as Cash App, Zelle, or PayPal. I do not accept Venmo payments.Late and Cancelation PoliciesPlease arrive to your appointment on time. After 15 minutes your appointment may be canceled and your deposit will be forfeited.No Call-No Show's will not be allowed to re-book.After three (3) consecutive cancellations, I will no longer accept you as a client.Guest PolicyOnly one (1) guest allowed per client. Guests must be 13 and older. Please notify me beforehand if you will be bringing a guest and give a brief description of the relationship (friend, sibling, etc). Guests must remain seated and within eyesight at all times.Refund and Repair PolicyIn the very rare event that a nail coating lifts, peels, or chips within 72 hours of the day of service the nail may be repaired at no cost to the client. The client may also opt for a partial refund of 25% of the BASE service cost instead of a repair. I will only offer one courtesy refund per client. After the second refund, you will no longer be accepted as a client.Please note this policy only applies to nail coatings (acrylic, UV gel, etc). Any damage to nail art, charms, rhinestones, etc. will be charged the regular repair fee.Additionally any lifting or damage occurring after 72 hours does not fall under this policy. The client must pay in full for any necessary repairs. No refunds nor complementary repairs will be given after the 72 hour period.Our team
