Session to work on perfecting forward and backward rolls, handstands and cartwheels. Age 4+ and happy to stay on their own as parents will not be in the gym for these classes due to camps running

Session to work on perfecting cartwheels, round-offs and back bends. Age 5+ and must be able to do rolls, handtsands and bridges already. This class is a drop off session as camps are also running at the same time
