To ensure a smooth consultation process and provide better service to every patient, please carefully read and adhere to the following registration guidelines: 1. Online Appointment Registration• All patients must book an appointment in advance through the online system before attending the consultation.• Please select a suitable consultation date and time and provide accurate personal details (the consultation will be based on the name provided at the time of registration).• Kindly arrive on time according to your scheduled appointment to ensure a smooth consultation process.________________________________________2. Walk-in Registration (For Patients Without an Appointment)• Patients who did not book an appointment in advance may still visit the TCM Service on the day of the event but must register through the online system upon arrival.• Walk-in registration will be arranged based on the remaining available time slots for the day. Consultation will only proceed after successful registration. 3. Appointment Modifications & Adjustments• If you are unable to attend your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, please modify your appointment online in advance or contact the TCM team via WhatsApp for rescheduling.• Please understand that other time slots may already be booked. The clinic team will do their best to accommodate changes, but we appreciate your patience and cooperation. 4.
