FREE Peanut Allergy Testing
Free peanut allergy screenings are available for any person with known risk factors of peanut allergy. When a person allergic to peanut proteins comes in direct or indirect contact with peanuts, an immune system response is triggered within seconds or minutes causing skin rashes, vomiting, or difficulty breathing. Direct contact involves eating food containing peanuts, while indirect contact involves exposure to peanuts or products containing peanuts. Currently, there is no cure for peanut allergy.
These screenings are completely free; no health insurance required. Screenings are available at our main office in Columbus, located at 99 N. Brice Rd, Suite 220, Columbus, OH 43213.

FibroScan® is the latest technology to painlessly evaluate the health of your liver, especially if you suspect that you could have fatty liver disease. When performed as part of an overall health evaluation, a FibroScan provides valuable information that is usually only available with a painful liver biopsy. Because it may take many years for fatty liver diseases (like NASH or NAFLD) to become severe enough to cause symptoms, it’s important to get evaluated.
Please note that all appointments require a 48-hr lead time but if you need an appointment sooner, we will do our best to accommodate you. YOU MUST FAST 4 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT – ONLY WATER IS ALLOWED.

FREE Memory Testing (Canada Only)
Centricity Memory Clinic provides free memory testing that allows individuals to gauge the current state of their memory. To accomplish this, we perform two tests, the MMSE (Mini Mental State Examination) and the FCSRT (Free and Cued Selective Reminding Test). The FCSRT is very sensitive at detecting subtler, mild memory loss that other assessments may not pick up on. The memory assessment appointment is approximately 30 minutes in length. Each participant has the option to have his or her results saved in our database and the option to be invited back for re-testing in the future. As Alzheimer’s disease is a progressive impairment in memory, these options allow individuals and Centricity Memory Clinic to track memory abilities over time. Individual’s memory-test scores can also be shared with each individual’s family doctor.
