About the company
Dark Horse Healing Lodge is a 19-acre wellness and event venue in Carp, Ontario — about 30 minutes west of downtown Ottawa. Originally a barn, the space was reimagined and rebuilt in reclaimed wood as a dedicated home for healing work, finished with the kind of intention that practitioners notice the moment they walk in.The studio is 912 square feet of open floor with warm wood-grain laminate, natural light from multiple windows, wall sconces for ambient sessions, and high ceilings. Capacity is approximately 25 to 30 yoga mats with comfortable spacing, or up to 40 for seated gatherings. Outside, the property holds a pine grove walkway, open lawn, and two sacred fire pits for ceremony and land-based work.The lodge is available to yoga teachers, Reiki practitioners, breathwork facilitators, sound healers, kirtan musicians, cacao ceremony holders, meditation leaders, and anyone whose work is rooted in healing and consciousness.
