Hi, I am Natalia Stepien, and I'd like to introduce myself to you. I am a dedicated and passionate holistic and wellness practitioner, born and raised in the beautiful countryside of a small village, Kamionka (now officially a town as of 2022!) in Poland, surrounded by fields, forests, and lakes. Growing up in such a natural setting allowed me to live in close connection with nature and animals, sparking my curiosity about the world around me. I was also exposed to local health practices that, today, are known as “alternative medicine.”My journey eventually led me to the UK at the age of 18.At 25, I discovered my true calling in the field of healing and began my journey into the academic world of alternative and holistic therapy. I started my career as a massage therapist and opened my very first business. Immersing myself in the study of holistic therapies, I earned qualifications in various massage modalities, including hot stone, bamboo, aromatherapy, sports massage, and reflexology. In 2018, I expanded my expertise by becoming a certified Yoga Instructor, which deepened my understanding of the powerful mind-body connection and the transformative effects of movement and breath on overall well-being.My intuitive understanding of the body and my skilled touch sparked even more curiosity, leading me to continue learning and expanding my scope of interest. I began exploring practices such as meditation, breathwork, and art as forms of healing and self-expression.While on maternity leave and embracing the joys of motherhood with my then 3-month-old baby, my family and I made a bold decision to sell and give away almost everything we owned to move back to my home country. This life-changing experience led me into a period of deep self-discovery and growth, allowing me to reconnect with myself in a whole new way. It was a time of reflection, transformation, and a deeper understanding of the healing journey and the life path ahead of me.In 2021, I became a certified hypnotherapist specializing in regression work. I also began studying Naturopathy (natural therapies) at Studium Edukacji Ekologicznej i Profilaktyki Zdrowia in Wroclaw, Poland. During this time, the rural lifestyle and early motherhood inspired me to explore my spiritual side further.Life’s path led my family and me back to the UK, where I had to start anew once again—but this time, with a new mindset, an expanded skill set, and a bigger vision for myself and my business. I continued learning and practicing a variety of techniques to enhance personal growth and improve the quality of life, equipping myself to realize the vision I have for my business.I am deeply fascinated by the incredible potential of the human mind and spirit. In 2023, I trained in the Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT), created by hypnotherapist Dolores Cannon. This powerful technique allows clients to connect directly with their subconscious mind—also known as the Higher Self, Over Soul, or inner wisdom. By accessing this profound level of consciousness, clients can receive healing, guidance, and a deeper understanding of their life's purpose.I also completed training in Beyond Quantum Healing, which allows me to offer online sessions and connect with individuals worldwide. These transformative techniques, infused with meditation, visualisation and deep relaxation, are among my clients’ favorites because they are the most effective, empowering and fascinating. They enable clients to tap into their own wisdom, abilities, and inner power in a very gentle, safe way.With a compassionate heart and unwavering dedication, I am committed to empowering others on their journey toward wellness. I am constantly expanding and refining my toolbox of services (currently studying NLP) to provide the most effective and transformative experiences for my clients. My mission is to guide my clients to unlock their true potential, heal from the past, and live more fulfilled lives. I find great joy in witnessing the profound impact my work has on my clients, helping them find greater health, happiness, and harmony in every aspect of their lives.I offer both in-person and online one-on-one sessions and also host events to support my clients’ personal growth and transformation.
