I’m a Level 3 qualified personal trainer offering 1-1 and 2-1 personal training sessions in a welcoming, well equipped, private gym. I’m passionate about helping people build confidence in the gym, whether they’re new to fitness or looking to take their training to the next level. As a mum myself, I have a special interest in pregnancy and postnatal fitness, helping mums feel strong, recover well, and prioritise their health.
