Balance Your Life with Yoga – Wellness for Mind and BodyPractising yoga for the last 20 years has had profound benefits for my mind and body. When I practise yoga I feel grounded, calm and at peace. The big challenge for me is retaining that state off the mat! Last year I completed my 200hr Yoga Teacher Training (RYT) to help with this challenge and to help my desire to share yoga with my community here in Brooklyn. Tucked away at the bottom of our garden, the Kōkō Yoga is a sits in native bush, with views across the City. For morning classes, we see the sunrise. For evening classes, we see the city lights sparkle. For colder days, the studio's concrete floor is heated.I believe yoga should be accessible to all so will keep my price as affordable as possible.
