We request that you bring in all of the products you use on your face, including make up, so your clinical esthetician can determine the best and most effective way to help you reach your goals. During your consultation, we will review your medical history, any contraindications to our treatments, pre and post treatment skin care compliance, the products you are currently using, and the products and treatments you have tried in the past to correct your particular skin challenges. We will go over risks and benefits and finalize the consultation process with signed consent from you before we begin any of our services.When you arrive at the clinic, you will be greeted by your clinical esthetician & laser technician. She will bring you into the treatment room to thoroughly clean your face and examine it under the magnifying lamp. She will create a client file for you that will contain paperwork including her observations and what you discussed in the consultation. When you return to the clinic for treatment, your file will contain medical history form, consent form, chart notes, any treatment procedures you have including the devices used, what laser parameters were used, which products were used, and the outcome. Following her visual examination of your skin in the treatment room, she will lead you into the consultation room to take images of your skin using the AI 3D skin scanning device. Legacy Laser and Skin Clinic is the only clinic that has this device which is latest in technology to capture images of your face and thoroughly analyze your skin. Every consultation includes a skin scanning session to provide us with accuracy and a base line of where we are starting from in your journey to improved skin health. We don't guess. We analyze. We treat with intention.For those clients who purchase a package of facial and IPL treatments, a second session with the skin scanner is automatically included in your package and takes place upon completion of your treatments. Together with your clinical esthetician, you will sit down and compare your before and after images, and she will advise you on how you will maintain your results at home and any future treatments that would benefit you.We keep these photos digitally on file, and we will add to your personal file every time you start and complete a technical facial package or skin rejuvenation package or a combination of both.
