Hi, I’m Noemi [or how my parents call me: “Mincha”], the cora~zón behind Mincha Cora.This project has been growing quietly but sturdy, like moss on rocks. Shaped by my Atlantic-Galician roots where ocean, land and meigas are always in conversation.Mincha Cora is a snail-paced practice blending Ayurvedic, Thai, acupressure and energy-based care. A space where you can curl up into yourself, and unfurl at your own rhythm.Beyond technique, what moves me is a touch that listens to the parts of you that ache and the corners that long to soften. A language of intuition that speaks to the core, skin and fascia, helping unblock your inner streams (digestion, circulation, memory, immunity, spirit,...).My practice comes from my own journey learning how our bodies carry stories far older than words. I’ve known what it feels like to move too fast, to push what I could hold, and how life changes when someone meets you with presence.
