My name is Dr. Aron Eyvazi. I am a medical doctor and a trained yoga therapist, certified yoga teacher, and versed in integrative holistic approaches to health and wellbeing. While yoga postures are therapeutic and healing, yoga therapy makes use of these postures as well as other yogic tools to address the needs of individuals at physical, mental, and emotional levels. For more than two decades I have helped many people to regain their health through yogic approaches including yoga therapy, Ayurveda, homeopathy etc. I understand that physical and mental wellbeing are interlinked and that is the essence of yoga: the integration of mind and body. With a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Organizational Behavior from Oxford Brookes University, UK, and a PhD in Management from Maharishi University of Management in Iowa, USA I have been a university professor for more than 7 years, teaching courses with foundational themes in Consciousness, Sustainability, holistic Thinking, Vedic Science, and Personal Development. I have published a number of articles on the subjects of human development, sustainable development, meditation and inter-personal relationships, Vedic Science, and cultural awareness. I am also an International Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200 hours) and currently working on gaining my RYT 500 certificate en-route of becoming a certified Yoga Therapist. I have been teaching yoga classes both in person as well as online. My interests are Yoga, Ayurved, Meditation, Ancient Persian medicine, ancient epic stories, teaching, and traveling.

میثم مقدم هستم دانش آموخته مدیریت با سابقه بیش از یک دهه فعالیت در حوزه‌ی برنامه ریزی و مدیریت صنایع. بالغ بر ۲۰ سال است که با علم یوگا آشنا شده‌ام و بی‌درنگ یوگا نقشی فراتر از یک تفریح و ورزش در زندگی‌ام پیدا کرد و تبدیل به یک نیاز در زندگی روزمره‌ام شد. چون من باورم دارم که یوگا سفری است از خود به خود از طریق خود پس از گذراندن دوره های متعدد داخلی و بین‌المللی اعم از گرایشهای متنوع یوگا، آیورودا و همچنین برگزاری دوره‌هایی اعم از کلاسهای یوگا، مدیتیشن، پاکسازی جسم و ذهن، مدیریت استرس، مدیریت زمان و … به این باور رسیده‌ام که فلسفه یوگا چیزی جز مدیریت صحیح جسم و ذهن‌مان نیست. به همین دلیل روش کاری من ترکیبی از فنون مدیریتی و علوم اصیل و کاربردی یوگا است که می تواند موجب شادی و آرامش درونی، افزایش سطح انرژی و استفاده بهینه از زمان در زندگی فردی شود. کوتاه سخن، تلفیق دانش و تجربه مدیریت و علم یوگا موجب شکل‌گیری رویکردی در من در جهت ایجاد یک تعادل و توازن بین جسم و ذهن شد. و از سوی دگر، با بهره‌گیری از مدیریت زمان و ذهن، درک معنای شادی حقیقی و تمرکز بر پتانسیل های فردی شاگردانم، طی این سال‌ها کوشش کرده‌ام گامی در جهت کمک به خودشناسی آنها برداشته باشم.
