Serving the people of Jefferson and Clallam Counties since 1966, Olympic Community Action Programs is part of a nation network of Community Action Agencies, which exist to help provide economic opportunity and advance justice for people experiencing poverty in America. The Economic Opportunity Act of 1964 created the Community Action Network of national and locally-focused organizations that connect millions of children and families to greater opportunity.
