This includes the brain, body, emotional processing, breath, rhythm, chemistry, and regulation, all working together rather than in isolation.This is not talk therapy. It is not prescriptive. It is not a performance. PulseCheck is experiential, and it changes because you change. The nervous system is not static, so the work is not either. PulseCheck acts as a mirror, revealing how your system responds, protects, adapts, holds, and releases. From that awareness, choice becomes possible. Not forced. Not instructed. Embodied.Many people arrive here feeling unsure, curious but hesitant. That moment is not something to overcome. It is the threshold itself.
