About the company
INTRODUCTIONSLet us introduce ourselves to you: we're Hannah from Sole Rebel Tap CIC, Simone from Teatro Pomodoro CIC and Rachel from Holistic Harmonies CIC and we've teamed up together to take over the beautiful studio that LIC (Liverpool Improv Collective) have so lovingly nurtured.OUR INTENTIONSWe've decided to take on the space and call it:Studio 1 @ The BluecoatWe'd love to retain it as a rehearsal/meeting/creative space for artists and companies working in the arts and health & wellbeing practises.You might want to book the space at a weekly regular time, or for a whole day of rehearsal, or for a one off workshop.You might even have an idea that we haven't thought of yet... we'd love your feedback!MOVING FORWARDSOur 3 organisations are working together to manage the space. We intend to make this a non-profit activity, so any income we make will go back into the space to maintain equipment, to ensure effective day to day running, and to the creative community (that's you!).We will be offering:Play Days - events where people come to playNetworking Sessions - hang out with other creativesThe space will provide:Tea/coffee facilitiesWifiYoga matsPA SystemProjectorKeyboardMirror (moveable)Sprung FloorCOSTINGSWe've put together some introductory rates which we'll review in 6 months time:Artists: people who want to use the space to devise/rehearse/create£12 per hour£40 per half day (4 hours)£80 per full day (8 hours)Workshops & Classes: for people who are delivering to groups£18 per hour£60 per half day (4 hours)£100 full day (8 hours)If we can make this a successful space filled with artists each day, then we'll consider adjusting the hire rates as a sign of recognition and support for our industry.TAKE A LOOKHave a look at this video to get a better idea of the space.BOOKINGWe'll be using Simply Book for people to book the space.
