About the company
WAVES NE CIC is led by an experienced educator, artist, and counsellor who understands how creativity can unlock confidence, connection, and wellbeing. With a strong background in teaching, community arts, and therapeutic support, we design sessions that are inclusive, trauma‑informed, and responsive to the real needs of local people. Our work is shaped by deep insight into communities, especially those who are harder to reach or often overlooked. We combine creativity, compassion, and innovation to create safe, welcoming spaces where individuals can express themselves, feel understood, and build meaningful connections. Our team
