Vinyasa Flow syncs breath with movement in one continuous flow - a moving meditation that builds heat in the body and stillness in the mind. Taking influence from various styles, particularly Rocket Vinyasa, these classes allow you to gain grounding in foundational poses with options for exploring arm balances and inversions, all guided by the breath in order to find a sense of balance in the body and mind.

Pilates is a form of exercise which concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength, helping to improve general fitness and overall well-being. Similar to Yoga, Pilates concentrates on posture, balance and flexibility. Whilst doing the various exercises in this session, you will also focus on the mind-body connection, being aware of your breathing and the way your body moves.

DB Repeats is a dumbbell, calorie-burning, and conditioning class, great for general fitness, fat loss, or lean muscle building. In this class you'll be coached through performing a range of dynamic hinge, lunge, squats, and push movements to enhance your strength and mobility.
