Relax and rebuild - These online classes are on the first and third Thursday of the month. Low and slow - This is an online, predominantly floor based class. The postures will focus on  being gently held for 10+  breaths, allowing for a deeper stretch. The asanas (postures) will be suitable for beginners as well as experienced practitioners. Chris began facilitating our ‘Crafternoon’ sessions over the last spectacular year at Grounded, and the response was fantastic! The sheer variety of these sessions is something to behold: sculpture, decoupage, meditative painting, journal making, printing, carving and ink making are just a few of the projects that have been winners for our lovely visitors. There’s something for everyone, all abilities and age groups are equally welcome, and the community vibe of people coming together to create is what we’re here for!

Get your day off to the best possible start with a gentle flow practice to help awaken and stretch out the body. By moving through a series of classic yoga postures suitable for all abilities you can help un-fog the mind, set some positive intentions and create mindful movement that your body and mind will thank you for. If the sun is shining, we will try and practice in the lovely gardens so you can reap further benefits from being more connected to nature.

This class will feel like you're giving yourself a giant hug! We will start with gentle and kind movement for our bodies tuning into our self awareness and embodiment. The final 20 minutes of each class will be reserved for breathwork to calm the mind and an exploration of different types of mediation including music, guided, body scan and much more. Suitable for all abilities.
