We have designed a golf fitness class to prepare you for the course. The class has been designed to improve your strength, mobility, balance and the key component of the golf swing, speed. Our physio, Eoghan, is certified by Titleist Performance Institute for the preparation of golf athletes. The class is flexible and can be tailored to you. So, whether you’re chasing 300 yard drives or trying to prepare your body for the demands of golf as a newcomer to the game, this class is for you.The class is circuit based and everyone will work hard for an hour per week to improve their game and their health.

Pilates consists of a series of exercises which aims to strengthen the body, in particular the spine.
