Before beginning your 16-week training program, please schedule 3 acclimation visits on three separate days.These visits are intended to help you adjust to your assigned training group and should take no longer than 30 minutes. Parking is free. Please park in any available spot around our building. Upon arrival, please proceed to Suite 300 and ring the doorbell or call (619) 543-3494.

Our Specimen Pick-up /Drop-off  service is designed to provide efficient and reliable urine, saliva, stool, etc  collection pick up and drop off solutions. We understand the importance of timely and secure transportation of specimens for testing purposes. With our service, you can rely on our trained professionals to pick up urine samples from your specified location and safely transport them to the designated laboratory. Our Mobile Blood Draw-Kit service offers a convenient and efficient solution for blood collection for a wide range of diagnostic tests, including Natera, Signatera, Panorama, Vibrant, and more. Our experienced and qualified mobile phlebotomists will come to your location at a time that suits you, ensuring a seamless and comfortable blood draw experience. We prioritize the utmost care in handling your samples and guarantee prompt delivery to the testing laboratory for accurate results.** Please note that Vibrant Kits are only drawn from Monday to Thursday only. **fee subject to changes**

Video consultation to meet with a board-certified cardiologist who will provide you with personalized recommendations based on your visit.  

If patient is in pain or has been having an ongoing problem with a certain tooth or area of the mouth, X-Ray will be taken of the specific location only and dentist will evaluate said area.

Evaluation w/ Dentist & Full Mouth X-Rays. All treatment is explained to patient as well as co-payments with insurance or cost of treatment if patient does not have insurance.

Patient will be evaluated and Dentist will provide patient with options to get started with Full Denture or a Partial Denture.
