You will look at changes in energy, sleep patterns, symptom management & personal wellbeing. Prescription of current nutritionals may be changed or continued & herbal or homeopathic medicinal support considered to support your changing health goals. Small or significant diet & lifestyle tweaks will continue to be supported depending on your time frame, current health & determination.

Existing patients are invited to book in for a short consultation over the phone in situations where flare-ups of their condition or acute infections are affecting their wellbeing. Colds, cases of flu, digestive disturbance, or urinary infections may be effectively treated with prompt naturopathic care. Your practitioner will prescribe remedies to help limit the duration of your symptoms and encourage your full recovery to health with appropriate rest, nutritional and herbal support. Completing a period of post-illness follow up strengthens your resilience and reduces the occurrence of relapse.
