Hot Yoga is a therapeutic sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises designed to work every part of the body. We have regular classes through the day from beginners to advanced, there is something for everyone. We have lots of classes to suit everyone. Starting at 6:30am running through the day and finishing at 7:30pm. Lose weight, gain strength, increase your flexibility, peace of mind.
