About the company

We have 2 studios that we rent out for $45 for a 90 minute block. The main studio is a large roof for Aerobics, Yoga, Sales Presentations and Music Lessons etc. The other Studio is for Weight Training. We rent the studios to Instructors, Coaches, Teachers and Trainers to hold classes and events for their clients. We have 10 blocks per studio per day.

The Weight Bay has a full line of Free Weights and a Heavy Bag, Speed Bag and Dip Station. The Weight Bay also has a 65 inch Smart TV for your viewing pleasure or to pull up instructional videos from You Tube and other sources.
