No Call / No Show: No call/no show = 100% service required to rebook. Late Policy: 10 minutes late = $5 fee 15+ minutes = appointment canceled Guests: No extra guests unless approved. Hair Prep: Hair must be WASHED AND BLOW DRIED Wigs must be dropped off 48 hours before appointment with NAME some where in the bag‼️ Same-day fees may apply - $15 I do offer Travel To You Services ???? -$25
