About the company

For nearly 14 years, Ashtanga Yoga Therapy Centre has been guiding the Seremban community in safe and mindful yoga practice. We teach yoga postures, breathing techniques, and meditation tailored to all ages and abilities—from children as young as four to seniors in their eighties. Many of our students have experienced improvements in various health conditions through our guidance. Today, we serve the community through three branches in Seremban 2, Bukit Kepayang, and Nilai.Namaste. ????
