JOIN US FOR HOT YOGA - THE UNPARALLELED PRACTICE FOR FOR HEALING, RECOVERY, STRENGTH, STABILITY AND FLEXIBILITY!Our heated classes are strictly limited numbers meaning you will have access to one-on-one attention in a friendly, private, peaceful studio at a very affordable price.If you have ever thought you would like to try yoga and/or heated yoga but were worried you wouldn’t be able to ‘do it’, please think again. This practice is accessible to everyone regardless of where they are at in their yoga journey and can be catered to beginners right up to advanced yogis. The heat is an amazing healing addition (read below for full benefits).Your teacher is Lisa Randall, an advanced yoga teacher and trainer in Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Pranayama and Meditation. She teaches regularly in the local community and has held a variety of retreats over the past 10 years at Botanique. Lisa is also a massage therapist, Cert III Fitness qualified, Pilates reformer teacher, and skin and beauty therapist.Gallery
