Looking for the perfect venue in Cheltenham?Charlton Kings Cricket Club offers a stunning and modern setting for your special occasion, available to hire from just £100.Located in the heart of Cheltenham, our picturesque venue provides a relaxed yet elegant atmosphere, with the added bonus of welcoming external caterers and suppliers to help you create the perfect event.About The VenueFurniture and Layout Options:We provide 20 square tables and 40 chairs, ideal for a sit-down arrangement. This setup will utilise most of the indoor space.For a more casual atmosphere, we recommend setting up fewer tables with chairs and serving finger food to encourage mingling.Alternatively, consider hiring a food van, which can conveniently park on the driveway. Many of our clients have used this space, and we can offer access to electricity and running water if needed.Please note that food van arrangements are not included in the hire fee and must be organized independently.New Outdoor Patio Area:We’ve recently developed an outdoor patio area, perfect for hosting your event in the fresh air.The space is suitable for a medium sized marquee (hire your own), offering added flexibility for your gathering.Benches are available for outdoor seating, or you’re welcome to bring or hire additional furniture to match your theme and needs.On-Site Bar:Add a touch of elegance to your event with our fully-stocked bar, available to hire at an additional cost.We serve a variety of drinks on draught and real ale, as well as a wide selection of bottled drinks.If you have specific drink requests, let us know when enquiring, and we’ll do our best to accommodate them.AV Equipment and Lighting:Enhance the atmosphere of your event with our AV equipment and lighting setup:Fairy lights, disco ball, and glitter ball to create a fun, disco-like environment.Two large LED TVs with an adequate sound system for presentations, videos, or entertainment.Facilities and Accessibility:Toilets are conveniently located inside the building for your guests' comfort.Baby changing facilitiesOur venue is accessible, with wheelchair access and accessible toilet on site.Parking:We have 2 spaces for unloading.There is also plenty of roadside parking available (cars parked at the owners' discretion).On-Site Kitchen Facilities:Our on-site kitchen is equipped with essential amenities to support your catering needs, including:MicrowaveSinkSmall fridgeDishwasherOven and hob (single oven)We also provide plates, cutlery, and cups to cater for 40 guests at your event.
