We are able to advise how you may be able to apply for extra, discretionary funding We can also attend panel hearings and investigation meetings.  If you would like someone to accompany you to an investigation meeting, a DPM or a Panel hearing; Please be aware that we have a limited staff service at the moment, and appointments are filling up fast, so there is limited availability (so we cannot guarantee availability to attend). Please, also note that an adviser will only be able to attend a panel hearing if; ·         They have seen all relevant documentation at least 5 working days prior to the hearing (this would be); o    The invite(s) to the investigation stage and/or panel hearing. o    Any documentation/report relating to the concerns being investigated. o    Any evidence presented by the university. o    Any statement and evidence the student would want to be considered at the meeting/hearing. ·         The adviser will also require to speak to you after reviewing all of the above and prior to attending any meeting/hearing. Currently, due to the ongoing pandemic, we have a limited staff operating the service and Drop-in and face to face appointments are not available until further notice.
