About the company
Yingying Wang - Flute InstructorYingying Wang is the Assistant Director of the San José State University Summer Flute Institute, Applied Music Instructor at Santa Clara University, and Principal Flute of the Mission College Symphony Orchestra. She is also an active member of the National Flute Association.With over 20 years of experience in music education, Yingying has guided students to achieve top awards in major competitions and earn principal positions in leading youth orchestras. Her former students have gone on to study at prestigious institutions including the Columbia–Juilliard Exchange Program, Manhattan School of Music, MIT, UCLA, UC Santa Barbara, and UC Berkeley. Yingying studied flute with Professor Ray Furuta at San José State University and Santa Clara University, and with Carol Wincenc at The Juilliard School. She has also participated in masterclasses with Robert Langevin, Rosa Jang, Isabelle Chapuis, September Payne, and Mira Magrill.Our team
